Special Guest for Jan Training Camp

If you saddle up for a ride or the whole week in Jan (14-18) there is a special treat in store.

A friend of ours, women's ultracycling champion, Cat Berge is coming down from the cold and snow of Washington state to ride with us.  Click on Cat's name below her picture to review her palmares.  

There will be a night at Bicycle-Heaven (tentatively Tuesday at 7pm) where we will show Cat's video and have a Q&A session.   Cat loves to talk on cycling, nutrition, training and the mental aspects of riding the bike hundreds and hundreds of miles.
